Bolingbroke Park is now offering new one, two and three bedroom homes to potential buyers through the London Help to Buy scheme.
The scheme applies to around 20 homes at Bolingbroke Park, enabling first-time buyers, as well as certain homeowners who meet the qualifying criteria, to get a foot on the property ladder at a development that combines the best of country living within easy reach of the city.

Qualifying homes at Bolingbroke Park range in price from £360,000 for a one-bedroom apartment to £530,000 for a three-bedroom apartment, meaning that buyers could receive an equity loan of up to £212,000 from the HCA at an interest-free rate for the first five years.
